Obituary of Mabel I. Streitmatter Princeville - Mabel I. Streitmatter, 89, of rural Princeville, died at 12:15 pm Tuesday, December 11, 2001 , at Methodist Medical Center , Peoria . Born June 28, 1912 , in Stark, IL, the daughter of Charles and Emma Fritz Oertley, she married Ralph W. Streitmatter on March 14, 1936 , in Peoria . He died August 11, 2000 , in Peoria . Also preceding her in death is 1 brother and 1 sister. Surviving is 1 daughter , Susan Streitmatter of Peoria , and 1 brother , Glenn (and Ethel) Oertley of Peoria; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Peoria County Farm Bureau and Stark Congregational Church, Stark, IL. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday, December 14, 2001 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home. Craig Martin and Arden Pullen will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in Streitmatter Cemetery , rural Princeville.
