Obituary of Hazel L. Danger Speer - Hazel L. Danger, 77, of Speer, died at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2002 , at Toulon Health Care Center, where she had been a patient since January 18, 2002 . Born March 7, 1924 , near Jug Run in Stark County , the daughter of Wilbur Edwin and Mary Aquilla Brown White, she married Ernest Everette Danger on October 26, 1940 , in Kahoka , MO. He died July 12, 1986 , in Peoria , IL . 1 brother, Leonard White, also preceded her in death. Surviving are 2 daughters , Margo Danger-Smith of Apalachicola , FL , and Marsha Danger-Lanham of Thornton , CO ; 1 son , Ernest E. Danger of Calhan , CO ; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren . She worked for Home Comfort Products, Inc. / Alcoa in Princeville for 20 years, retiring in 1987 as an Inventory Control Clerk. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, February 22, 2002 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Rev. Rex Hendrix will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday. Burial will be in Lawn Ridge Cemetery near Speer , IL . Memorial contributions may be Methodist Medical Center Hospice Program.
