Obituary of William M. Delbridge Princeville - William M. Delbridge, 83, of Princeville, died at 8:35 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2002 , at Proctor Hospital , Peoria , where he had been a patient since April 19. Born April 9, 1919, in Princeville Township, Peoria County, Illinois, the son of Auverne William "Dick" and Jenny Keller Delbridge, he married Lanora I. Griswold August 28, 1947, in Princeville. She survives. Also surviving is 1 son , David Delbridge (whereabouts unknown); 1 grandson , Bryce Delbridge; 1 sister , Coral Kitterman of Toulon, IL; 1 brother , Raymond E. "Buss" Delbridge of Princeville, IL; and several nieces and nephews . His parents, three sisters and one brother preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Princeville High School . He worked at Hiram Walker in Peoria for 40 years, retiring as foreman of cereal products in 1980. He also farmed in the Princeville area and was a member of the Princeville United Methodist Church , Princeville. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2002 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Rev. Rex Hendrix will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 til 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2002 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery , Princeville.
