Obituary of D. Christine McCaw Peoria - D. Christine McCaw, 87, of Peoria , formerly of Edelstein and North Fort Meyers, Florida, died 6:17 a.m. Thursday, November 28, 2002 , at Proctor Hospital , Peoria . Born June 16, 1915 , in Davis County , Missouri , the daughter of James and Verna Davis McAllister, she married Everett L. McCaw on February 1, 1936 , in Ottumwa , IA. He died August 15, 2001 , in Peoria . Surviving are 2 sons , James L. (and Gloria) McCaw of Goodfield, IL, and Billy G. (and Mary) McCaw of Peoria, IL; 1 daughter , Dixie L. Berry of Peoria, IL; 7 grandchildren ; 3 great-grandchildren ; 1 brother , James McAllister of Minier, IL; 1 sister , Gwen Nelson of Farmington, IA; and several nieces and nephews . Her parents, two brothers and one sister preceded her in death. She attended Calvary Baptist Bible Church , Peoria . Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2002 , at American Mausoleum, 7911 N. Allen Road , Peoria . Rev. Steve Weber will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service at the mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Bible Church , Peoria .
