Obituary of Kathleen M. Tess Princeville - Kathleen M. Tess, 86, of Princeville, formerly of Kewanee, died at 5:48 a.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2002 , at Kewanee Hospital , Kewanee. Born August 2, 1916 , in Kansas City , Missouri , the daughter of William and Mary (mother's maiden name unavailable) Rude, she married Henry Tess August 11, 1944 . He died December 4, 1964 , in Stark, IL. Also preceding her in death was 1 brother, John Rude. Surviving is 1 daughter , Mary (and Don) Sloan of Princeville, and 1 son , Henry Tess of Davenport , IA. She was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church , Kewanee, and a charter member of Princeville Baptist Church . Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday, December 13, 2002 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home. Rev. Tedd Butler will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be Pleasant Valley Cemetery , rural Wyoming , IL. Memorial contributions may be made to her church or the Moody Bible Institute, Chicago .
