Obituary of Cecil C. Garner Princeville - Cecil C. Garner, 82, of Princeville, died 9:49 a.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2003 , at St. Joseph 's Hospital, Joliet , Illinois . Born February 8, 1921 , in Peoria County , Illinois , the son of Ottie and Evie Garner, he married Grace H. Alldredge on August 30, 1941 , in Missouri . She died September of 1983 in Princeville. Surviving are 3 sons , Ronald L. Garner of West Covina , CA, Larry U. (and Mary) of Joliet , IL , and Jerry R. Garner of Princeville , IL ; 8 grandchildren ; 20 great-grandchildren ; and 1 sister , Evangelina Britton of Peoria , IL . His parents, four brothers, two sisters and two granddaughters preceded him in death. He was an EMT for Peoria Mobile Medics, formerly Ace Ambulance in Peoria , retiring in 1983. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2003 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Rev. Bill Bunnage will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 til 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2003 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Hawley Cemetery , Peoria , IL .
