Obituary of Margaret Eileen Johnson Monica - Margaret Eileen Johnson, 80, of rural Monica, died at 8:26 p.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2003 , at Proctor Hospital . Born July 28, 1923 , in rural Brimfield, the daughter of Edward and Pearl Coats Fussner, she married Merle W. Johnson on December 3, 1941 , in Springfield , IL . He survives, along with nieces and nephews. 1 brother, Earl "Bud" Fussner, preceded her in death. She and her husband farmed in Jubilee Township most of their lives. She also worked as seasonal help with the Princeville Canning Company in the '60s. She was a member of the Peoria County Farm Bureau, and was of the Catholic faith. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2003 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service.
