Obituary of Ginger K. Peterson - Schupbach Kewanee - Ginger K. Peterson - Schupbach, 32, of 602 Cole St. , died at 2:21 pm Saturday, July 12, 2003 , at Kewanee Hospital Emergency Room. She was born January 5, 1971 , in Peoria , the daughter of Ronald E. and June Cain Peterson. Surviving are her parents of rural Toulon, her paternal grandmother , Lorraine Peterson of Kewanee; 4 sons , Zachary Peterson of Chicago, Jacob, Nathaniel, and Andrew Schupbach of rural Laura, IL; 2 daughters , Alexandria Schupbach and Ethel Rose Schupbach of rural Laura; 3 brothers , Matthew (and Jennifer) Peterson of Chicago, Jeffrey and Ethan, both of rural Toulon; 1 sister , Rebecca (and Robert) Heck of Kewanee; and 1 niece , Alexis Heck of Kewanee. 1 twin son, Daniel, and 2 brothers, Nathaniel and Jacob Peterson preceded her in death. She worked as a cook at the McDonald's restaurant in Kewanee. She most recently worked as a meat cutter for IBP in Joslin , IL for the past year. She served on the safety committee at IBP, and attended First Presbyterian Church, Princeville. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2003 , at First Presbyterian Church, Princeville. Rev. Harry Losey will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2003 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville, and also a half-hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery . Memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund established for her children in care of the State Bank of Toulon , PO Box 609 , Toulon , IL 61483 .
