Obituary of Herman J. Fuchs Princeville - Herman J. Fuchs, 84, of 6504 W. Akron Rd , died at 4:13 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2004 , at Proctor Hospital , Peoria . Born July 17, 1920 , in Worth Township , Woodford County , Illinois , the son of John B. and Rosalia Dubois Fuchs, he married Lois M. Kimble on August 28, 1948 , in Chillicothe , IL . She survives, along with 1 son, Albert (and Sharon) Fuchs of rural Speer, IL, 2 granddaughters, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, Elnora Crawford of Peoria, and 2 brothers, Harold Fuchs of Metamora, IL, and Francis (and Karen) Fuchs of Sparland, IL. A daughter, Rose Marie Fuchs, 1 stepson, Ronald Wisner, 1 sister and 2 brothers, preceded him in death. He farmed in Akron Township , Peoria County , for many years, retiring in 2002. He also worked as a truck driver for Kenny Koch in Chillicothe . Cremation has been accorded. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2004 , at Blue Ridge Cemetery , rural Chillicothe . Rev. Pamela Smith will officiate. There will be no visitation.
