Obituary of Marian R. Hinshaw Dunlap - Marian R. Hinshaw, 95, formerly of rural Dunlap, died at 12:53 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2004 , at Apostolic Christian Skylines, Inc., Peoria , where she was a resident. Born September 12, 1908 , in Princeville , Illinois , the daughter of Alva and Olivia Kuntz Ricketts, she married Harold Hinshaw on December 15 1934 , in Peoria . He preceded her in death August 13, 1967 , in Peoria . Also preceding her in death are two brothers and one sister. Surviving are 2 sons, Jerry (and Mary Jane) Hinshaw, and John (and Cheryl) Hinshaw both of Dunlap , IL ; 2 daughters, Judy (and Jack) Wilmoth of Phoenix, AZ, and Nancy (and Jim) Herron of Dunlap , IL ; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother, Roy Ricketts of Peoria , IL . She worked as a bookkeeper for Herron Motors in Dunlap, for many years and later for Wyoming Motors, Wyoming . She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church, Princeville. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2004 , at Apostolic Christian Church, Princeville. Ministers of the Church will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2004 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville, and from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery , Princeville. Memorial contributions may be made to Apostolic Christian Skylines, Inc., 7023 NE Skyline Drive , Peoria , Illinois 61614 .
