Obituary of Edith A. Miller Manwarren Princeville - Edith A. Miller Manwarren, 86, of Princeville, died at 12:37 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2004 , at Proctor Hospital , Peoria . Born December 18, 1917 , in Jacksonville , Illinois , the daughter of Elmer and Estella DeFraties Smith, she married Russell P. Miller on April 29, 1934 , in Winchester , Illinois . He died July 20, 1967 , in Princeville. She then married Lynn Manwarren on May 17, 1969 , in Princeville. He died March 17, 1977 , in Princeville. Surviving are 2 daughters, Peggy (and Frank) Kerrn of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Barbara (and Earl, Jr.) Gum of East Peoria , IL ; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Wanda Maxine Hendricks (please use both names) of Peoria , IL ; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents, one brother, two sisters and one grandson preceded her in death. She worked at Christ's Bakery and The Whip both in Princeville, and also was a cook at Princeville High School for several years before retiring. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Princeville. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2004 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Rev. Harry Losey will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2004 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery , Peoria .
