Peoria - Angelina Maria Mendoza, 4 months, daughter of Melissa Deluhery & Rosendo Mendoza, died at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2004 , at Renaissance Care Center , Canton .

She was born May 19, 2004 , in Peoria .

Surviving is her mother of Peoria , father of Mexico , grandparents, Kathleen (and Christopher) Shadden of Peoria, and Paul (and Judy) Deluhery of Peoria, great-grandparents, Betty Burch and William and Diane Deluhery, all of Peoria .

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 16, 2004 , at Trinity Lutheran Church . Rev. Griffith Pritchard will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery .

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church .
