Obituary of Lyle Quincy Shaw Princeville - Lyle Quincy Shaw, 71, of Zellwood , Florida , formerly of Princeville , Illinois , died 6:50 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2004 , at St. Vincent 's Hospice, Indianapolis , IN. Born June 18, 1933 , in Stark County , Illinois , the son of Reuben M. and Ruth M. Graves Shaw. Surviving are 1 daughter, Brenda Curry of Clearwater , FL ; 1 grandson, Chris (do not know last name) of Clearwater , FL ; 2 brothers, Kenneth (and Dorothy) Shaw of Morrision, IL, and Elmer (and Patricia) Shaw of Indianapolis, IN; and 1 sister, Marjorie McDonough of Brimfield , IL . His parents and two brothers preceded him in death. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. He worked for Peoria County in Data Processing, retiring in 1988. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2004 , at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. Rev. Rex Hendrix will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral services on Monday. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery , Princeville , IL . Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
