Obituary of William S. Miller Princeville - William S. Miller, 55, of Princeville, died at 5:56 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2005, in the emergency room at Proctor Hospital, Peoria. Born July 7, 1950, in Kewanee, Illinois, the son of William F. and Geneva Taylor Miller, he married Cynthia Basehoar on August 20, 1971, in Princeville. She survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Fred (and Frannie) Miller of Lyons, KS, and Joe (and Amy) Miller of Peoria Heights, IL; 2 granddaughters, Tessa Miller and Katie Miller; and numerous relatives. He worked in maintenance at Goldschmidt Chemical Corporation in Mapleton for 35 years. He was a past member of Princeville Masonic Lodge AF&AM #370, and an active member of the Chillicothe Sportsman’s Club. He also was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Princeville, where funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2005. Rev. Harry Losey will officiate. Visitation will be two hours prior to funeral service at the church. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Princeville, or Akron/Princeville Ambulance Service. Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville, is in charge of arrangements. |
