Obituary of Stephen P. Bayer Peoria – Stephen P. Bayer, 49, of Peoria, died at 4:28 a.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2006, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Born November 13, 1957, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of John A. and Rebecca Bayer. Surviving are one daughter, Kristen Bayer of Menomonee Falls, WI; one granddaughter, Gabrielle Bayer of Menomonee Falls, WI; uncle, Donald (and Phyllis) Bayer of Moline, IL; and cousin Larry (and Charla) Bayer of Moline, IL. His parents preceded him in death. He was a chef in Florida for several years until moving to Peoria where he was a salesman in marketing. He was a wonderful and loving father and grandfather. Cremation has been accorded and a graveside burial of ashes will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at Evergreen Memory Gardens, Kewanee. Memorial contributions may be made to Peoria Rescue Mission. |
