Peoria – Carolyn J. Bussiere, 82, of 6404 N Oakbrook Ct., Died at 9:28 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 2006, at her residence.

Born May 3, 1923, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of Frank & Louise Watchenski Robitske, she married Gilbert Bussiere in Peoria on April 30, 1955. He preceded her in death on September 23, 1997, in Peoria. Also preceding her in death was one brother.

Surviving are two sons, Robert (and Susan) Haskett of Peoria and Robert (and Katie) Bussiere of Kissimmee, FL; two daughters, Debbie (and Herman) Miranda of Normal, IL, and Amy (and Allan Adcock) Gress of Peoria; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marion (and Bernard) Kurschner of East Peoria.

Cremation has been accorded. A graveside service will be at a later date with burial in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.

Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville, is in charge of arrangements.
