Princeville – Helen H. Jackson, 85, of Princeville, died at Apostolic Christian Skylines, Peoria, where she had lived for the past six years.

Born May 20, 1921, the daughter of Cecil and Josephine McCullum Huggins, she married Donald “Bud” Jackson on February 6, 1946, in Peoria.  He preceded her in death on October 14, 1978, in Princeville. 

Surviving is one daughter, Cynthia (and Dale) Endress of Henry, IL; three grandchildren, Brandon (and Sonia) Endress of Gridley, IL, Ryan Endress of Chicago, and Collin Endress of Edwards, IL; and three great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Megan, and Brett Endress.

She worked as the bookkeeper for Princeville Grade School, then later for Dr. Emil Loeffler’s office.  She and her husband also operated Don Jackson Oil Company in Princeville for several years.  Helen was a member of the Princeville United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Monday, October 30, 2006, at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home.  Rev. Rex Hendrix will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service.  Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery.
