Obituary of Lois E. Endress

Speer – Lois E. Endress, 83, formerly of Speer and Princeville, died 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at Apostolic Christian Skylines, Peoria, where she was a resident since September of 2004.

Lois was born July 17, 1923, in Pulaski, Iowa, the daughter of Andrew and Harriett Elizabeth Kinsinger Miller, she married Daniel Endress on January 12, 1947, in Pulaski, IA.  He died October 21, 1967, in Speer.

Surviving are three sons, Gary (and Evelyn) Endress of Kewanee, IL, Keith (and Ana) Endress, and Bill (and Reneé) Endress both of Galva, IL; two daughters, Judy (and Lewis) McKinney of Tallahassee, FL, and Joan Endress of Peoria, IL; one daughter-in-law, Joanni Endress of Morton, IL; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Alice Haney of Des Moines, IA; and one brother, Gene Miller of Apopka, FL.  One son, Fred Endress, one sister, and one brother preceded her in death.

She was a member of Apostolic Christian Church, Bradford, where funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, April 20, 2007.  Ministers of the Church will officiate.  Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville, and from 9:00 to 9:45 am before services on Friday.  Burial will be in the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery, Bradford.
