Obituary of William B. "Brad" Orrill

Kewanee – William B. “Brad” Orrill, 48, a Kewanee resident who was raised in Princeville, died at 1:12 am Monday, June 11, 2007, at OSF St Francis Medical Center, where he had been a patient since May 31st.

He was born August 13, 1958, in Carrollton, IL, the son of Donald L. & Mary E. Jouett Orrill.

Brad graduated from Princeville High School in 1976.  He attended Illinois College, Jacksonville, for one year on a basketball scholarship.  He worked for Great Dane in Kewanee for several years assembling rear trailer axles and was a member of the Metal Processing Labor Local #16.  He formerly worked for Aldrich Company, Wyoming. 

Brad is survived by his mother, Mary (and Kenneth) Scott of Princeville; his father, Donald (and Julie) Orrill of Metamora; two sisters, Kim Sisson of Dunlap, and Deanna Fauser of Peoria; five nieces, Raeanne Sisson of Decatur, Ashlee & Megan Davis of Peoria, and Morgan & MacKenzie Fauser of Bartonville; and a beloved great-niece, Kaydence Leigh Bergman.  Brad was greeted in heaven by his brother, Dennis D. Orrill.

Brad was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting & fishing.  He was also a loyal Chicago Bears fan and a die-hard St Louis Cardinals fan.

Cremation has been accorded.  A memorial service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at First Presbyterian Church, 339 S Santa Fe, Princeville.  Rev. Harry Losey will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service.  A graveside service will follow in Princeville Cemetery.  A luncheon will be provided by the church following the graveside service in the church fellowship hall.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to defray medical expenses.
