Obituary of Lucille Knobloch

Princeville – Lucille Knobloch, 87, of the Apostolic Christian Skyline Home, Peoria, formerly of Princeville, died at 10:05 pm Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at the home.

Lucille was born August 23, 1920, in Stark County, Illinois, the daughter of Godfred and Elizabeth Rassi Endress.  She married Edward R. Knobloch on January 7, 1940, in Princeville.  He died January 25, 2002, in Peoria.

Surviving are one daughter, Donna (and Kenny) Gehrig of Princeville; three sons, Edward (and Frances) Knobloch of Dunlap, Jack (and Nancy) Knobloch of Galva, and Loris (and Pat) Knobloch of Peoria; 16 grandchildren; 47great-grandchildren; one brother, John (and Lucille) Endress of Apostolic Christian Skylines, Peoria; and one sister, Hilda Dietz of Wyoming.  She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and two infant great-grandchildren.

Lucille was a housewife and also worked at Apostolic Christian Skylines Home.

She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church of Princeville where funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 16, 2008.  Ministers of the church will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, February 15, 2008, at Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall, Princeville, and from 1:00 to 1:45 pm on Saturday at the Church.  Burial will be in the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery, Princeville.
